Running Back Tiers for 2026
Running back is one of the most important — and volatile — positions in fantasy football. With crowded backfields, changing workloads and a handful of elite backs capable of carrying your roster, knowing where the meaningful drop-offs occur is critical on draft day. In my 2026 Running Back Tiers, I’m grouping players based on their expected fantasy production, upside, workload security and risk — giving you a clearer picture of which backs I’m willing to build around, which ones I’m chasing for upside, and where I’m looking for value later in drafts.
